Choosing fleece, weight and fit
- Style: pullover hoodies for merch and teams, zip hoodies for staff who layer, crew sweats for a cleaner look, plus quarter zips and track pants.
- Weight: heavyweight hoodies hold their shape and suit retail merch; lighter fleece suits warmer climates and layering.
- Fibre: organic cotton fleece from Earth Positive and Stanley/Stella, or recycled blends. Stanley/Stella’s polyester is mostly recycled.
- Look: Champion brings heritage, collegiate styling; AS Colour offers clean streetwear basics.
- Sizes: adult and kids’ hoodies for schools, clubs and families.
Decoration that suits hoodies
Embroidery gives a crisp chest logo that suits heavier fleece and frequent washing. Screen printing suits large back prints and bigger runs. Digital printing suits full-colour artwork in small runs. Water-based inks keep large prints soft on cotton fleece, and plastisol gives brighter colour on dark fleece.
Many clients combine methods: an embroidered chest logo with a printed back. Zips and pouch pockets limit the front print area, and your mockup shows exactly where everything sits.
Hoodies as a seasonal program
Hoodies tend to be reordered each winter, term or season. We can hold decorated stock, manage reorders, and give staff, students or members a private ordering portal through OCC OMM™.
Mixed colours, styles and sizes are priced on the total quantity, so matching hoodies, tees and caps can go in one order. Once a style sells well, you can move it into offshore manufacturing for your own fit and colourway.
Certifications such as GOTS are shown per garment, only where the brand holds them for that style.

How much do custom hoodies cost?
It depends on the hoodie, quantity, decoration method and number of positions. Every quote includes a free mockup.
Is there a minimum order for custom hoodies?
Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design. Larger runs lower the cost per hoodie, especially for screen printing.
Should I embroider or print my hoodies?
Embroidery suits chest logos and a premium finish. Printing suits large designs and full-colour artwork. We’ll recommend one with your quote.
Do you have organic cotton hoodies?
Yes. Earth Positive and Stanley/Stella both offer organic cotton hoodies and sweats, and we show the certification for each style.
How long do custom hoodies take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, or 3–4 weeks in peak periods or for complex jobs. Order early for winter.
