Organic cotton t-shirts for brands and organisations
OCC Apparel supplies organic cotton t-shirts to Australian brands, universities, not-for-profits and businesses, then prints, embroiders or relabels them locally. We are an official dealer for Earth Positive and Stanley/Stella, two brands built on organic cotton. You choose the style and colour, we send a free mockup, and we produce and deliver Australia-wide once you approve it.
Organic tees are where we started. OCC began on the Gold Coast in 2004 as the first Australian distributor of Patagonia’s Beneficial T’s, organic cotton tees made for the decoration trade.
Earth Positive and Stanley/Stella
- Earth Positive: 100% organic cotton processed under GOTS, made in a vertically integrated factory in Tamil Nadu, India. Production is audited annually against the Fair Wear Foundation Code of Labour Practices.
- Earth Positive’s range covers fashion cuts, vintage washes, fabric blends and marls.
- Stanley/Stella: tees, tanks and singlets in organic cotton, with a wide colour range plus stripes and vintage styles. The polyester in its blends is mostly recycled.
Choosing the right organic tee
- Weight: lighter jersey for events, summer and layering; heavier tees for merch and retail. We give you the fabric weight of each style with your quote.
- Fit: classic, women’s fit, oversized and long sleeve options.
- Finish: washed and garment-dyed colours give a retail look straight off the press.
- Colour: match your brand with the colour cards from each brand, which we can send on request.
Decoration that suits organic cotton
Screen printing with water-based MagnaColours inks gives a soft feel on organic cotton, and GOTS-certified organic inks are available. Digital printing uses Brother Innobella Textile Ink, which carries ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX. Embroidery and relabelling finish the tee for staff, merch or retail.

Need your own cut or colour? Through our offshore manufacturing service, the Earth Positive factory in Tamil Nadu can make styles to order, with minimums per style.

What does GOTS certified organic cotton mean?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the leading standard for processing organic fibres. It sets ecological and social criteria and is independently certified across the supply chain.
Can you screen print organic cotton t-shirts with water-based inks?
Yes. We print with water-based MagnaColours inks, and GOTS-certified organic inks are available. Water-based inks give a soft feel on the fabric.
Is there a minimum order for organic cotton t-shirts?
Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design. Larger runs bring the cost per tee down, especially for screen printing.
