WORKWEAR

Branded workwear that works as hard as your team.

Work shirts, pants, shorts, jackets and fleece for trades, field and warehouse crews, embroidered and run as a uniform program.

Branded workwear for trades, field and warehouse teams

OCC Apparel supplies branded workwear to Australian trades, field, site and warehouse teams: work shirts, pants, shorts, jackets and fleece, embroidered with your logo and run as a uniform program. We source the garments, decorate them locally and deliver Australia-wide. You approve a free mockup before anything is produced.

Workwear gets worn hard, so we focus on garments that last and decoration that lasts with them.

Choosing workwear for the job

Tell us the work, the climate and how often garments are washed, and we’ll suggest styles from the ranges we supply. A small trial order lets the crew test fit and comfort before you roll out.

  • Durability: heavier fabrics for abrasive or outdoor work.
  • Heat: lighter, breathable shirts for hot sites and summer.
  • Movement: fits that allow for climbing, kneeling and lifting.
  • Layers: fleece, jumpers, vests and jackets for early starts.
  • Sizing: a size range that covers the whole crew, including women’s fits.
  • Visibility: if your site requires hi-vis, see hi-vis workwear.

Decoration that lasts on workwear

Embroidery is the standard for workwear because it holds up to frequent washing. Transfers suit names, numbers and logos on synthetic fabrics, and screen printing suits large back prints on work tees. Keep logos where tool belts, harnesses and vests won’t hide them. Your mockup shows each position, and nothing is made until you approve it.

Workwear as a uniform program

Crews grow, change sizes and wear through gear. We can hold decorated workwear in stock, manage reorders, and set up a private ordering portal through OCC OMM™ so each site or supervisor orders for their own team.

A simple list per role keeps it tidy: which shirts, pants and layers each person gets, and how often they’re replaced. Mixed colours, styles and sizes are priced on the total quantity, so the whole kit can go in one order.

We only list a certification where the garment’s maker holds it.
