Choosing the right headwear

Decoration that suits headwear
Embroidery is the most popular finish for caps and beanies. It gives a raised, durable logo on the front panel, with room for a small mark on the side or back. Thread is matched to your brand colours. Simple, bold logos stitch best at cap size, and we’ll flag fine text or thin lines on your mockup.

Headwear in your program
Caps and beanies are easy add-ons to a uniform or merch program. Mixed garments are priced on total quantity, so you can add headwear to a tee or hoodie order. We can also hold stock and add headwear to your private OCC OMM™ ordering portal.
Outdoor teams often pair a cap or wide brim hat with polos or hi-vis, so headwear can sit in the same uniform program. Certifications are shown per item, only where the brand holds them.

How much do custom caps cost?
It depends on the cap, quantity and stitch count. Every quote includes a free mockup.
Is there a minimum order for embroidered caps?
Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design.
Can you embroider beanies?
Yes. Beanies are usually embroidered on the cuff or front, and your mockup shows the size and placement.
How long do custom caps take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, or 3–4 weeks in peak periods or for complex jobs.
