GUIDE – NEW ZEALAND

Minimum order quantities, explained.

What the screen printing minimum means for your order, and what to do if you need fewer.

Quick answer

Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design. A left chest logo plus a large back print counts as two designs. For embroidery, digital printing and transfers we confirm minimums in your quote, and offshore manufacturing has minimums per style.

Why minimums exist

Every screen printed design needs screens made and the press set up before the first garment is printed. A minimum per design keeps that setup worthwhile and the quality consistent.

What counts as a design

Each print position is a separate design. A left chest logo and a full back print are two designs, so each needs 24 pieces.

Mixing colours, styles and sizes

You can mix colours, styles and sizes in one order. Give us the breakdown and we confirm how the minimum applies in your quote.

Fewer than 24 pieces?

Ask us about embroidery, DTG or DTF. We do not offer drop shipping or one-off print on demand, as we focus on durable garments produced in efficient runs.

Reorders

Reorders are simpler, as your artwork and approved mockup are already on file.
