GUIDE – NEW ZEALAND
How ordering custom apparel works, step by step.
From your first enquiry to delivery, here is what happens.
Quick answer
Send us the style, colour, sizes, quantity, artwork and deadline. We reply with a free quote and digital mockup. Once you approve the artwork and pay, or confirm on approved business account terms, your order is booked into production and delivered.
The steps
- Send your brief. Use the quote form or email us with the style, colour, sizes, quantity, artwork and deadline.
- Get your quote and free mockup. We recommend the garment and decoration method and show your artwork on the garment.
- Review and approve. Ask for changes until it is right.
- Confirm your order. Approve the artwork and pay, or confirm on approved business account terms, and your order is booked into production.
- Production. New Zealand orders are produced with our accredited Auckland production partner.
- Delivery. We pack your order and deliver across New Zealand.
Good to know
- Quotes are free and there is no obligation to order
- Nothing is produced until you approve your mockup
- Reorders are simpler, as your artwork is already on file
- Organisations with regular orders can ask about a private ordering portal for their staff or teams
