Decoration that suits totes
Screen printing with water-based inks is the usual choice for totes, giving a soft, durable print on cotton and canvas. Digital printing suits full-color artwork in smaller runs, and embroidery adds a premium finish for retail and gifts.
Natural cotton shows most ink colors well. Darker bags may need an underbase print for bright colors. Gussets and handles affect the print area, so your mockup shows the exact size and position.
Totes for events, campaigns and retail
Tote orders often come in waves: conferences, campaigns, open days and retail drops. We can hold printed totes in warehousing with our apparel logistics partner and send them where they’re needed, or add them to a private OCC OMM™ ordering portal for your team. Bags and garments are priced on the total quantity, so totes can go in the same order as tees or hoodies. For retail, we can add swing tags, barcodes and bagging.
We only state a certification where the bag’s brand holds it for that style, such as GOTS for Earth Positive organic cotton.

How much do custom tote bags cost?
It depends on the bag, quantity, print colors and print sides. Every quote includes a free mockup.
Is there a minimum order for printed tote bags?
Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design. Screen printing becomes better value as quantity rises.
Do you have organic cotton tote bags?
Yes. Earth Positive organic cotton totes are part of our range, with certification shown per bag.
Can you print both sides of a tote bag?
Yes. Each side is a separate print position, which your quote and mockup show.
How long do custom tote bags take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, or 3–4 weeks in peak periods or for complex jobs.
