We source the jackets, decorate them locally and deliver nationwide. Every order starts with a free mockup, and nothing is made until you approve it.
A jacket costs more per person than a tee or polo, so we help you choose a style that suits the climate, the work and how long you want it to last.
Choosing the right jacket

Decoration that suits jackets
Embroidery is the usual choice for jackets: a stitched chest logo looks sharp and lasts. Embroidery pierces the fabric, so on rain jackets and puffers a transfer can keep the shell intact. Coach jackets also take screen printing well.
Keep jacket logos simple. A left chest logo with an optional back print covers most uniforms, and your mockup shows both before production.
Outerwear as part of a uniform
Jackets are often the piece staff keep longest, so they’re worth getting right. We can hold decorated jackets in your sizes, manage reorders, and add them to a private OCC OMM™ ordering portal alongside your other uniform items. Mixed colors, styles and sizes are priced on the total quantity.
Need a specific fabric, color or fit? Start on a stock jacket, then move the style into offshore manufacturing once it’s proven. Offshore programs take around 3–6 months including sampling and transit, with minimums per style. We only state a certification where the brand holds it for that style.

How much do custom jackets cost?
It depends on the jacket, quantity and decoration. Every quote includes a free mockup.
Can you embroider waterproof jackets?
Embroidery pierces the fabric, which can affect a waterproof shell. For rain jackets we usually suggest a transfer, and we’ll advise on each style.
Is there a minimum order for custom jackets?
Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design. Offshore-made jackets have minimums per style.
How long do custom jackets take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, or 3–4 weeks in peak periods or for complex jobs. Offshore-made jackets take around 3–6 months including sampling and transit.
