Apparel embroidery for U.S. businesses and brands

OCC Apparel USA provides custom embroidery for corporate uniforms, brand apparel, teams and events across the United States. We supply the garments, digitize your logo into a stitch file, embroider in Georgia with our U.S. production partners and ship nationwide.

Embroidery is the go-to choice for staff uniforms and anything washed often. You approve a mockup before anything is stitched, and thread colors are matched to your brand.

Embroidery styles

  • Standard embroidery for logos and text on chests, sleeves and caps
  • Appliqué for larger designs using fabric layers
  • Free-standing lace and cutwork for decorative detail
  • Cross-stitch for a handmade look
  • Photo stitch for detailed, image-based designs

What works best for embroidery

Embroidery suits bold logos with clear shapes. Very fine text and tiny detail can blur in thread, so we may suggest small adjustments to keep your logo crisp. It works on polos, caps, jackets, fleece and heavier cotton. For lightweight tees or full-color artwork, screen printing or digital printing is usually the better option.

Your stitch file, thread colors and positions stay on file, so reorders match the original run.

Questions

How much does custom embroidery cost?

It depends on the stitch count of your design, the number of positions and the quantity. Every quote is free and includes a mockup.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

Tell us your quantity and we’ll confirm embroidery minimums in your quote. Contact OCC Apparel to discuss digitizing. (Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per design.)

Can you embroider caps?

Yes. Caps are one of the most popular items we embroider, along with polos and jackets.

What artwork do you need?

A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) with Pantone C colors. We turn it into a stitch file and show you a mockup before production.

Can I mix embroidered and printed garments in one order?

Yes. Pair embroidered polos and caps with screen printed tees or hoodies. We supply and decorate the whole range in one order, with one mockup to approve and one delivery.

Can you embroider organic cotton garments?

Yes. Embroidery suits heavier organic cotton tees, sweats and hoodies, as well as polos and caps. See our organic cotton t-shirts.

Do you keep my logo on file for reorders?

Yes. Your logo is digitized once and the stitch file, thread colors and positions are kept on file, so reorders match the original.
