Turnaround, minimums and pricing
What’s your standard turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on stock, artwork approval and production capacity. Allow 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, or 3–4 weeks in peak periods. Tell us your deadline when you inquire; rush options are often available.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Yes. We produce bulk orders rather than one-off items. Screen printing has a minimum of 24 pieces per print design, so a left chest plus a large back print counts as two designs. Offshore custom production has its own minimums and longer lead times.
Can I mix colors, styles and sizes?
Yes. Pricing is based on the total quantity across styles, colors and sizes, not per line.
How is pricing calculated?
By garment choice, decoration method, number of colors and print locations, and total quantity. Every quote is itemized.
What are offshore production lead times?
Allow around 3–6 months, including sampling and transit, for custom offshore programs.
Can you meet my deadline?
Usually, if you tell us early. It depends on stock, our production schedule and how ready your artwork is.

Is OCC Apparel an official dealer for Stanley/Stella and Earth Positive in the U.S.?
OCC Apparel supplies Stanley/Stella and Earth Positive garments through official brand channels, for authenticity, traceability and certification.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Water-based and plastisol screen printing, embroidery, digital printing (DTG and DTF), heat transfers, relabeling and finishing. We recommend the best method for your fabric, artwork and budget.
Embroidery or print – how do I choose?
Embroidery suits caps, beanies and structured garments. Water-based screen printing gives soft, breathable prints on tees and sweats. DTG and DTF suit fine detail and gradients.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) with text outlined and Pantone C colors. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can usually redraw it.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every decorated order includes a free digital mockup for approval before we begin.
Do you handle relabeling and brand finishing?
Yes: neck prints, woven labels, swing tags and sustainable packaging for a retail-ready finish.
Can you decorate caps, bags and accessories?
Yes, with embroidery and transfers, plus fully custom offshore options (minimums apply).
Ordering, payment and shipping
How do I get a quote or place an order?
Send your style, color, quantity and artwork through the quote form. We’ll send a clear quote and proof before production.
When do I pay?
Orders are booked once payment and artwork approval are complete. Account terms are available for approved B2B clients.
Where are you located?
OCC Apparel USA works online with clients nationwide. Orders are decorated in Georgia with our U.S. production partners.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship across the United States, including split shipments to multiple sites on the East and West Coast. International freight can be arranged on request.
Do you offer drop shipping or print-on-demand?
No. In every case we’ve looked at, the margins don’t stack up against a minimum screen printed run. We focus on quality bulk runs that deliver real value per garment and a lasting brand impression.

When was OCC Apparel founded, and what was its first brand?
OCC Apparel was founded in 2004. Our first distributed brand was Beneficial T’s by Patagonia, an early pioneer in certified organic cotton and Fair Trade garment production.
