Quick answer
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) with text converted to outlines and colours given as Pantone C references. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can redraw it as a vector file. You see a free mockup before anything is produced.
Why vector files
Vector artwork is made of shapes rather than pixels, so it scales to any size with clean edges. That matters for screen printing, where each colour is separated onto its own screen, and for embroidery, where the design is converted into stitches.
Artwork checklist
- File type: AI, EPS or PDF (vector)
- Text converted to outlines, so fonts display correctly
- Colours given as Pantone C references
- The print size and placement you want, for example left chest and full back
- A note on the garment colour, so we can check contrast
If you only have a JPG or PNG
A logo saved from a website or email is usually too low resolution to print well. We can redraw it as a vector file, and our team can help refine artwork before printing.
Full-colour and photographic artwork
For DTG or DTF printing, a high-resolution image can work. As a guide, supply it at 300 dpi at the size it will be printed, on a transparent background where needed.
Questions
Can I send artwork made in Canva?
Yes. Export it as a PDF at the highest print quality and we will check whether it can be used as is or needs redrawing.
Do you help with design?
Our team can help refine and prepare your artwork for printing or embroidery, and you approve everything on a free mockup.
Will I see the artwork on the garment before production?
Yes. Every decorated order gets a free digital mockup, and nothing is produced until you approve it.
